Abstract

Abstract

This paper designed an evaluation index system in higher education service satisfaction and made a measurement metric table of higher education service satisfaction, and then conducted the satisfaction test to 2009 undergraduates in University of Science and Technology Beijing.Main factors affecting the satisfaction are then analyzed, and proposals to improve the situation are put forward.
