On the Liability of School in the Event of College Students' Suicide

"Student Accident Injury Treatment" of the Ministry of Education clearly defines that college students' committing suicide belongs to liability exemption of the school, but in practice, most schools pay compensation after college students' suicide.Based on 500 questionnaires and individual interviews with college students, this thesis analyzes college students' cognition on schools' liability for students' suicide, in order to find out the reasons for the gap between actual rules and regulations on paper.
