Abstract

Abstract

The Common Law System believes that the nature of solicitation is to induce the other person to commit a Crime.Solicitation in the Common Law System falls into the category of inchoate crime.Therefore,in the Common Law System,a large number of peculiar problems are attached to the studies of Mens Rea and Actus Reus of solicitation.
