Abstract

Abstract

The outcomes which nature operates on technology embody in three aspects:the natural state of nature regulates the anti-natural character of technology,the laws of nature set the boundary of technical activities,and the arrow of time decides the concomitant risks of technology.The technical outcomes of nature explain why technology has the inclination of dissimilating,why it can hardly be omnipotent,and why technical risks must exist.
