Young full-time teachers in colleges and universities are the new force for the improvement of school quality, but the pressure they face in the process of work, life and personal future development has become an important bottleneck restricting the development of this group. This study analyzed the pressure of 372 young full-time teachers in a university in Beijing in the form of the Rick scale. The results show that:the current young full-time teachers in colleges and universities face work pressure in teaching, scientific research and professional title evaluation, housing, marriage and love life pressures related to education and children's education;other pressures related to ideological and political construction, physical health and future career planning. To this end, measures can be taken to build a scientific evaluation system, form an effective training and training mechanism, create a good external growth environment and teachers' ability to improve self-resistance to alleviate the various pressures faced by young full-time teachers in universities.
