Abstract

Abstract

This article introduces some experiences and methods of financial transfer and defrayment in Germany and Japan. In the light of that, to make a discussion, how to construct a system of financial transfer and defrayment between governments in China, that according to the demands of our country's socialist market economy, and afford the author's opinions on this topic.
