Abstract

Cultivating the working spirit of college students is an important task for implementing the party's educational policy and cultivating college students with ideas, skills, and responsibilities in the new era. It can provide talent support for building a modern and powerful socialist country. However, in practice, college students' working spirit is cultivated, but there was a deviation. This research uses empirical research methods to analyze the problems existing in the cultivation of labor spirit in colleges and universities. The results show that the current cultivation of labor spirit has weakened and neglected the cultivation of labor spirit in education, and the cultivation of labor spirit in educational practice has been utilitarian and formalized. The problem of inadequate creation of an atmosphere for the cultivation of labor spirit in the educational environment, and the relatively indifferent labor concept of college students in the educational environment. For this reason, to realize the value return of the cultivation of the working spirit of college students in the new era, it is urgent to change the educational concept and establish a correct concept of cultivation of the working spirit;enhance the self-consciousness of the cultivation of the college students' selfwork spirit; entrap a good environment for the cultivation of the working spirit of college students; cultivate practice and realize the unity of knowledge and practice.
