Abstract

Abstract

This paper gives a brief introduction to the Second Chinese Strategic Development Symposium on Ecolinguistics in Beijing.It reviews two themes of the conference:keynote speeches on ecolinguistics and the expert symposium.The conference not only shows the diversified development trend of ecolinguistics, but also discusses the research model of ecolinguistics, the promotion of research findings, personnel training and the development of the China Association of Ecolinguistics(CAoE).It provides some new ideas for ecolinguistics and more chances for the research findings.
