Analysis of College Students'Views on Employment——With the Students Enrolled by School of Materials Science and Engineering,USTB between 2011 and 2014 as Samples

The current number of graduates in China has continually increased year by year；the industrial development is at the critical stage of deepening reform；the contradiction between supply and demand in the domestic employment market still remains distinctive.The 90s'college students gradually become the major group of employment，and employment itself is a hot issue attracting wide social concerns，which makes the new characteristics of the present employment environment.For the college students who have strong discipline advantage，the characteristics and ontents of their employment value is crucial to the idea of career guidance and the cconcrete implementation.
