Abstract

Abstract

The subject of macro-regulation has the features of high order and profession. The subject controlled has a dynamic role. The legal liability of macro-regulation is mainly process liability, which has a comparatively large exemption. The current macro-regulation system in China still has some disadvantages. It is necessary to stimulate the interaction of public and individual macro-regulation through positive the retical and systematic innovation.
