Abstract

“Huan Zi·Water place” proposed that "Water is the intrinsic nature and the source of life", and maintained the implementation of education to water.so did Thales, an ancient Greek philosopher.He proposed that "All things are out from water".These two ideas have something in common;however, they have more differences due to respective geographic and age factors.
