  • This paper gives a brief introduction to the Second International Conference on Ecolinguistics held in Beijing, China. It reviews the two parts of the conference: keynote speeches and parallel sessions. The keynote speeches will initiate and guide further development of ecolinguistics in the context of globalization. The parallel sessions focusing on different topics will promote the transdisciplinary growth of ecolinguistics.
