Abstract

Abstract

The growth of medical costs and its control is a worldwide problem and the core issue of medical insurance research. This problem also exists in the New Rural Cooperative Medical System. The article explained the reason from the principal-agent perspective. The reasons come from fake clients and rural health management system deficiencies. Finally, The article gave some thinking of controling costs.
