Abstract

Abstract

Forming the Obligation of truthfulness in the civil procedure is in order to meet the need of complexity and change of lawsuit.As a filter for the court to propeny interefere the litigant's behavior,Obligation of truthfulness can promote the lawsuit action operating according to the intention of lawmakers; moreover it can help to form a system environment,in which,the judges can distinguish the truthfulness of the lawsuit material,which is a foundation of judgement.
