Abstract

Abstract

The democratic centralism as the fundamental organizational principle and leadership system of the Chinese Communist Party is an important basis for adhering to the leadership of the party,which emphasizes the dialectical unity of democracy and concentration.As the important concepts of Mozi, “Shangxian” and “Shangtong” also emphasize the effective combination of democratic consciousness and unity of will.The similarities between the two theories reflect the ancient and modern heritage of institution and thinking.Back to history,we can sum up experiences and find the basis of the system,better implement democratic centralism,and maintain the Party leadership.
