A Case Study of Using SSM on Improvement of Learning and Teaching Management in a Chinese College

  • Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) is regarded as an effective approach to deal with messy and ill-structured problems in the human activity system. This paper declares a research method of using SSM on improving learning and teaching management and demonstrates procedures of a case study on how to improve it in one Chinese College.
