The Evolution of CPC Individual and Private Economic Policies from 1957 to 1978

There have been lack of specific studies on CPC's policies of individual and private economy from 1957 to 1978.For the misunderstanding of situation at that time, a negative attitude was adopted to the individual and private economy.The CPC's policies of individual and private economy underwent some reversals and zigzags, and the so-called "tails of capitalism" have not been completely severed.Its tortuous evolution is reflected in three stages:the elimination of remaining capitalism, permission of minor private economy and abandon of the "tails of capitalism".
