Abstract

Abstract

The quality of archivists determines the quality of archival work and the level of archival management. Based on the principle of "icebergs model", this paper analyzes the structure and elements of the quality model of university archivists, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for improving the quality of university archivists.
