Abstract

Abstract

The work of China's economical & technical assistance to foreign countries has gone through three phases during 50 years or more. But in three phases the characteristics have both the sameness and the difference because of the different era. The paper analyzes briefly the cause of errors in assistance and emphasizes its great significance. The successful experience in economical & technical assistance will guide directly the work of China's aid from now on.
