Abstract

Abstract

The relation between Li Zhi and Romance of the Three Kingdoms has been the main motif in the academic field.The paper investigates Li Zhi's method of comment on Romance of the Three Kingdoms and its influence in the study of the work.His comments on the work have been characterized as childishness, indignation, recreation and mediation, wich also manifests the characteristics of a cultural phenomenon on basis of the philosophy of the mind (Xin Xue) in the current of thought at the end of Ming Dynasty.It is considered that The Criticism of Romance of the Three Kingdoms by Li Zhuowu is not a work of Li Zhi, but Li's method and ideology have an far-reaching influence on Ye Zhou at the same times and Mao Zonggang later.Anyhow, the nuances in them need to be researched further.
