Compared with the competition-oriented and resource-oriented strategies, customer-oriented and value-focused strategy is the fundamental source of enterprises' continual competitive advantages.In this paper,we point out the misleading areas as well as its harm and root,discuss the strategic logics and operational methods of customer value innovation.
