Abstract

Abstract

This thesis analyses the formal and informal system obstacle of private universities' financial aid system construction.It proposes that the premise, the impetus and the technical support of solution of the private universities' financial aid system rely on the classfication of management, the clarification of property rights and the improvement of social intermediary organizations.Furthermore, the paper points out the purpose of subsidy are to encourage the characteristic development and independent operation of private universities.
