Abstract

Abstract

The aims of "The Excellance Initiative" are to provide funds for science and research institutes in German universities and to improve the standing of German universities and research institutions, thereby making a significant research in Germany, improving its international competitiveness.From its inspirations to "985 project" of our country, several proposals are put forward.
