Abstract

Abstract

The fund raising activities of SMEs are faced problems of undetermined legal status, few relevant status and regulation available with some conflicts among them.Recommendations to solve the problem discussed in the paper include introducing laws on it, clearing the distinction between legal and illegal fundraising, establishing effective supervising mechanism and company crediting system, etc.
