Abstract

Abstract

The Intermediate Forces' ideas about constitutionlism in the period of the Anti Japanese War includes:the relation between the constitutionlism and the resistance against Japanese, the equality among the political parties and groups, guaranteeing human rights, the popular congstitutional movement, the multiple party system, the National conference, constitution, etc. It reflects the state and level of the Chinese Bourgeois' democratic idea in this period. Its progress is conductive to the Chinese selecting developing direction of the New Democracy and the People's Democratic Dictatorship.
