Abstract

Abstract

Different social environment will lead to diffenent subject behavior.However, an investigation of two social work organizations and their members shows that even in different organizational environment, social workers have extermely similar behavior trend.The explanation to the relationship between social environment and social subject is not appliable here.Re-examining the two social workers' behavior, it is found that social work value plays a key role.
