Abstract

Abstract

The paper probes into the transformation of the basic educational idea and the essential quality structure of teachers in colleges and universities in the background of the globalization era and considers it is valuable for the teachers to develop open minded and creative thinking quality, global and modern personality and fine education theory quality conforming to the globalization trend. The paper points out that teachers should try to form the ability centered quality structure by improving their abilities through their academic research, the abilities in educational scientific research, the abilities in bilingual utilization and modern education technology.
