The Security Risks of the Industrial Internet with CPS as the Core and Its Regulatory Measures

Digital and traditional infrastructures are deeply integrated. The Industrial Internet has become an important battleground for new infrastructure. New infrastructure generates new development, it will also create risks that are different from traditional environments. Therefore, Industrial Internet must be vigilant against the emergence of new risks while developing “new infrastructure”. Preventing Industrial Internet risks is increasingly important. CPS is the key technology of Industrial Internet.This paper summarizes the characteristics of Industrial Internet security risks with CPS as the core and puts forward measures to prevent risks. Under the background of the construction of“new infrastructure”, Industrial Internet should continuously strengthen the construction of CPS standard system, promote the coordination and co-governance between the government and various social entities, build the early warning database of data elements, strengthen risk monitoring, data governance and improve the accountability mechanism.
