Abstract

Abstract

After 2003, the land disputes instead of tax disputes become the focus of the peasants' interests in the rural areas,the peasants not only get an economic loss, but their social interests are also marginalized. Based on the 54 letters from the landless peasants, the paper summarizes the main expressive methods of their interests and the results of feedback, analyses the reasons for their blocked appeals, seeks the effective methods to solve the plight of their interest expression from the perspective of the rule of“different pattern”with the related case analysis.
