Abstract

Abstract

The modernization reform of Peter the Great was based on more than 3000 regulations,all of which regulated the politics,military, civil affairs, and criminal laws in Russia.They also helped the Russian society to transfer from close to open,and prepared for modernzation of the Russian laws.
