Abstract

Abstract

Industry-specific universities, as a vital component of China’s higher education system, play a pivotal role in aligning educational practices with national strategies, regional construction and development, and industrial demands. To enhance ideological and political work for cultivating outstanding engineers, it is necessary to firmly grasp the political attributes, people’s attributes and strategic attributes of education, give full play to the enthusiasm of industry-specific universities and enterprises, guided by technological innovation and national strategic imperatives. Focus on the integration of ideology and education, the integration of industry and education, with precise ideological and political implementation, comprehensively improve the quality of independent training of outstanding engineers, and provide strategic talent support for comprehensively promoting the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation.
