The Major Principles, Ideological Approach and Practical Character of Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform

The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed that further comprehensively deepening reform is the overall planning and deployment to advance the construction of Chinese modernization in a new era and a new journey. The ‘six adherences’ are the major principles that must be implemented to further comprehensively deepening reform, condensed the scientific summary of the historical experience of reform and opening up, and systematically answered the major theoretical and practical questions of‘what to change’ and ‘how to change’, which is of great importance for the profoundly understanding the comprehensively deepening reform ‘closely related to the theme of promoting Chinese modernization’.
