Practical Research on the “Great Ideological and Political Education” Collaborative Education-Taking the Graduate Students Cultivation Path as an Example

  • Graduate education, as the highest level of talent cultivation, shoulders the heavy responsibility of cultivating innovative talents and building a strong educational country. Under the working pattern of the “Great Ideological and Political Education”, strengthening the leadership of Party building, giving full play to the role of graduate supervisors as the primary responsible persons, and promoting the collaborative educational functions of curriculum education, scientific research education, practical education, and cultural education, are important ways to cultivate graduate students with both moral integrity and professional competence. Taking graduate cultivation institutions as examples, this paper expounds the value implications, existing problems, and practical approaches of the collaborative education of the “Great Ideological and Political Education” in the new era. It is of great significance for universities to give full play to the educational function of scientific research and build a collaborative education system of “Great Ideology and Politics Education” to cultivate innovative graduate talents needed for new quality productivity. However, there are many practical difficulties in the field of higher education, such as the lack of overall planning for collaboration, insufficient beneficiary coverage, and the lack of motivation of teachers, so it is necessary to break the path dependence, integrate the role of university organization, evaluation system and cultural cognition, and promote the overall promotion from the aspects of establishing the organizational structure of collaborative education, formulating mandatory systems and cultivating relevant cultures, so as to promote the benign change of the university’s collaborative education system and comprehensively improve the quality of innovative talent training in universities.
