Abstract

Abstract

System concept is a holistic scientific idea that formed and developed with the evolution and development of contemporary system concept and systematic science methodology. It is also a kind of methodology of Marxist philosophy, which runs through the entire process of adapting Marxism to the Chinese context. System concept has been endowed with a new connotation of the time in the new era and the new journey, constantly keeping up with the times, inheriting the traditions and developing innovatively. The task of inspection and supervision is a strategic institutional arrangement for intra-party supervision and a complicated systematic project. Based on the connotation and key elements of the system concept, as well as its holistic, systematic and synergetic characteristics, Beijing University of Chemical Technology has constructed and practically explored the University Inspection and Supervision System, effectively improving the scientific level of the inspection work, and promoting the high-quality development of various undertakings within the university, which possesses good theoretical reference significance and practical promotional value.
