Abstract:
The “Great Ideological and Political Course” should be effectively leveraged and integrally connected with reality. Red resources constitute invaluable assets accumulated by the Communist Party of China through its protracted struggles of revolution, construction, and reform, and they are ideological and political education materials with both historical authenticity and Scenario-based emotional resonance. Digital red resources are inherently congruent with the educational mission, resource base, and pedagogical modalities of the “Great Ideological and Political Course.” Promoting the integration of digital red resources into this course represents an essential imperative for enhancing value education and guidance among university students, as well as an inherent part of promoting the digital transformation of education. Furthermore, this integration constitutes a fundamental measure for the continuation of the red legacy and the inheritance of red ideological genes. Through the expansion of instructional contexts, the cultivation of competent educators, and the development of robust teaching platforms, digital red resources facilitate the high-quality development of the “Great Ideological and Political Course”.

Abstract:
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China systematically outlined a new blueprint for comprehensively deepening reforms, establishing “upholding the Party’s overall leadership” as the primary principle for innovation and development of education in the new era. As both the essential attribute of socialist education with Chinese characteristics and the fundamental guideline for delivering education that satisfies the people, upholding and strengthening the Party’s comprehensive leadership over higher education institutions theoretically embodies the essential requirements of Marxist ruling party construction principles; strategically constitutes the core pillar of the educational chapter in Chinese modernization; and practically provides the foundational guarantee for educational reform and innovation. Therefore, higher education institutions should focus on upholding and improving the core of the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee, build a system that integrates power structure and value orientation, decision-making and implementation, and attaches equal importance to cadre training and mass connection, and promote the in-depth extension of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party to the grassroots organizations of higher education institutions. Abstract:
Under the intertwined evolution of the new scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, cultivating a large number of excellent engineers and effectively improving the level of industry-education integration are of great significance in empowering the high-quality development of engineering education, promoting the transformation and upgrading of industries, and facilitating the original innovation of science and technology. Based on the typical examples of modern industrial colleges in major regions of China, this paper aims to explore the mechanism of industry-education collaboration in the process of cultivating excellent engineers in China. On the basis of briefly describing the significance of industry-education integration and collaborative cultivation of excellent engineers, it points out that China is facing multiple challenges and dilemmas such as imperfect multi-collaboration mechanism, insufficient integration of education and industry elements, uncoordinated distribution of interests among multiple parties, and lack of scientific evaluation standards. Furthermore, the future action path to promote the reform and innovation of cultivating excellent engineers in China will be deconstructed from four aspects: system leading, process empowerment, benefit synergy and evaluation formulation.

Abstract:
Educator spirit represents the spiritual benchmark of outstanding teachers and embodies the condensation and elevation of educational beliefs. General Secretary Xi Jinping has summarized and proposed the unique Chinese concept of educator spirit, providing vital guidance for the development of faculty teams in universities. Taking the materials discipline at the University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) as a case study, this paper summarizes the qualities of educators with disciplinary characteristics, based on the integration of the overall promotion path of national educator spirit and contemporary teacher development theories, explores innovative approaches for advancing educator spirit within the context of contemporary college teachers development. Furthermore, this study proposes the construction of a shared educator spirit database for higher education institutions, and identifies six adaptable integration pathways: ideological guidance, Party-building enhancement, moral foundation strengthening, practice-based action, exemplary role modeling, and high-quality development. These pathways form a chain-like development model encompassing value core→ organizational system→ individual cultivation→ teaching practice→ cultural environment→ strategic planning. The proposed framework is expected to be generalized across multiple disciplines and institutions, promoting the integration of educator spirit into curricula, classrooms, and minds. Ultimately, it aims to support the development of high-quality university faculty and contribute to the high-quality advancement of education in the new era.

With the continuous iteration of artificial intelligence, generative artificial intelligence (GAI, hereinafter referred to as GAI), represented by ChatGPT, has been deeply integrated into the field of education, bringing structural changes to postgraduate cultivation. Compared with the fixed curriculum system and standardized path of traditional teaching, its functions such as real-time knowledge retrieval realized through natural language interaction are reshaping the paradigm of teacher-student interaction. University teachers should take “teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes and promoting personalized development” as the guidance, integrate it with teaching modules, and build an “AI-assisted precise training system”. While seizing opportunities, it is necessary to be vigilant against the risks such as academic thinking degradation, content accuracy deviation, and ethical anomie caused by over-reliance. Teachers should strengthen their subject awareness, and guide students to use technology reasonably and maintain critical thinking by designing usage guidelines, establishing review mechanisms, and developing literacy courses. The work related to non-Party intellectuals constitutes a foundational and strategic component of the United Front. The role of non-Party intellectuals in universities holds significant implications for advancing the quality of United Front work, reinforcing ideological positions, and fulfilling the fundamental mission of moral education and talent cultivation. Currently, this group is characterized by high educational attainment, deep professional expertise, active intellectual engagement, diverse value orientations, and prominent needs for self-realization. However, their contributions remain constrained due to inadequate ideological and political guidance, insufficient institutional platforms for political participation and professional engagement, and underdeveloped incentive mechanisms within United Front work. Abstract:
With the high incidence of telecommunication fraud crimes, the number of the cases involving the offence of concealing or disguising the proceeds of crime related to “telephone and bank cards” is increasing. However, when handling such cases, in judicial practice, there is confusion of funds between criminal proceeds and legal income (mainly including confusion of multiple funds flowing in at the same time, confusion of inflow of illicit money and original card deposits, and confusion of funds caused by money laundering through financial loan platform), which affects objective conviction, diversification of criminal means (mainly including the type of handling loans, helping network streamers to avoid tax, and online shopping such as part-time purchasing gold), which makes it difficult to prove the perpetrator’s subjective knowledge, and there is controversy over whether the perpetrator needs to bear liability for the economic losses of the victim of the predicate crime, and there is no uniformity in determining whether the perpetrator is the principal offender or an accessory in the joint crime. In response to the above problems, the specific analysis of specific cases should be persistent, and the subjective knowledge of the perpetrator should be comprehensively judged through a combination of subjectivity and objectivity, further detailed explanations of abnormal factors, and the scope of application of the crime of concealment should be reasonably limited by returning to the substantive interpretation of the constituent elements. In addition, it should be clarified that the perpetrator shall bear a proportional portion of the joint and several liability for the economic losses of the victims of the predicate crime, and comprehensively determine whether the perpetrator constitutes a principal offender or an accessory in light of whether the perpetrator has committed an act constituting the elements and their status and role in the joint crime.

Abstract:
As an institutional tool for upholding the rule of law in the market economy, the fair competition review system embodies the value pursuit of establishing a “unified national market” and its constitutional attributes have been recognized by academia. General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized the need to accelerate the improvement of fundamental market economic systems, including fair competition. However, the current fair competition system faces dual challenges in practice: insufficient review capacity and weak motivation among administrative entities, resulting in suboptimal effectiveness that urgently requires optimization. The introduction of constitutional theory is both normatively justified and advantageous. Reviewing the evolution of constitutional norms reveals an inherent commitment to the equal protection of market entities, thereby establishing a legal framework for state regulation of the market economy. The theoretical toolkit of constitutionalism has been further enriched through the practice of record-based review, providing a theoretical foundation for refining fundamental market economic systems within the rule of law. Taking the implementation of the Fair Competition Review Regulations as an opportunity, the review authority should be allocated to legislative bodies—such as people’s congresses—that possess functional advantages, in accordance with the principle of functionalist power allocation, thereby achieving the integration of review resources. Ex ante, the scope of review should be defined from a constitutional perspective, ensuring comprehensive and holistic coverage; in process, specific guidelines for applying review standards should be formulated based on constitutional principles and spirit; ex post, a multi-stakeholder participatory oversight mechanism should be established to jointly safeguard the system's improvement. These constitute the future directions for refining the fair competition review system.

Abstract:
Byung-Chul Han claimed that “self-exploitation” refers to a phenomenon in which subjects, absent coercion from an external “other”, actively exploit themselves from within, with the purpose of “self-optimization”. The key lies in the disappearance of the “other” and the transformation of the exploiting subject. Byung-Chul Han offered a novel interpretation distinct from traditional theory regarding the subjects implicated in exploitation, the driving forces behind overwork, and the pathways of “self” development. It was precisely these understandings that led him to erroneously posit “self-exploitation” as a new essential characteristic of exploitation in the neoliberal phase, thereby attempting to question and reconstruct Marx’s theory of exploitation. In fact, Marx provided a profound argument about the origins of capitalist exploitation from the perspective of ownership, clearly stating that the “separation” between laborers and the means of production is a necessary condition for exploitation to arise. There is no free and conscious “self” in the process of “self-exploitation”; what is termed “self-exploitation” is actually a form of concealed exploitation imposed on laborers by neoliberal ideology and financial imperialism through means such as creating“making-out game”, algorithmic surveillance, performance assessments, and the shaping of subjectivity. In summary, only through resolute proletarian revolution can laborers escape their tragic fate of being exploited and oppressed.

Abstract:
Baudrillard’s analysis and critique of the consumer society provides a good perspective for us to understand the attributes of consumption in contemporary society. He applies Lacan’s psychoanalytic logic of needs and desires in his research, focusing on the structure of the consumer society and the imagery of consumer demand produced by this structure in the depth of the spirit, and analyzing consumerism as a social trend, ideology and way of life. At the same time, Baudrillard’s analysis of the consumer society has built-in reflection on ecological issues, highlighting the dimension of ecological criticism, which has certain significance to the ecological criticism of today’s capitalism and the construction of the concept of green consumption. However, Baudrillard’s research has certain limitations, as he inverts “production” and “consumption” and moves towards post-Marxist thinking. Therefore, in order to thoroughly analyze the consumer society, eliminate the need for alienation, and find the key to solving the ecological crisis, it is necessary to return to Marx’s research.

In The Task of the Youth League, Lenin not only deeply explained the great significance of youth education for the construction of communist society, the recovery and development of the national economy, and the promotion the growth of young people, but also based on the reality of socialist construction and youth development in Soviet Russia. He rationally set the basic content of youth education from three main aspects: ideological and moral education, scientific and cultural knowledge education and labor education.
