2022, 38(6): 613-620. doi: 10.19979/j.cnki.issn10082689.2022060120
Abstract(496) HTML (160) PDF(50)
Abstract:
The intellectuals, also known as the producers of views and values, are an important academic thesis. The criticism of “Person in Abstract” and the revelation of “Person in Reality” in German Ideology concern the ideology of intellectuals, and are of great significance to contemporary intellectuals. If starting from “Person in Abstract”, the intellectuals might lose their realistic concern, falling to “Intellectual in Abstract”, and be caught in personality illusions, thus seeking personality achievement and human liberation by moral preaching. In addition, intellectuals might stray into the wrong paths from pure speculation detached from reality to double arrogation of theory and reality. It will lead to identity loss, professional conceit and losing class consciousness caused by class origins with unclear labor divisions. Only from the perspective of “Person in Reality” to conduct self-recognition and research can the intellectuals in the new era achieve ideal personalities in practice, speculate and critique based on the reality, and pursue the truth without losing their class property, thus making a big difference in the new journey as well as realizing their own values.

2022, 38(6): 621-630. doi: 10.19979/j.cnki.issn10082689.2022050048
Abstract(406) HTML (94) PDF(42)
Abstract:
The capital logic has been the focused area in Marxist research. To clarify the basic meaning of capital logic, we need to explore Das Kapital and its manuscripts by differentiating three concepts of “capital”, “logic” and “capital logic”. Capital is the dialectical unity of the object, proliferative value, and relations of production. Logic is the dialectical logic characterized with negativity and inevitability. Capital logic presents the inevitability of capital in the negative motion, which mainly contains three dimensions: The generalized trend of commodity production and commodity exchange in the dimension of object, the law of proliferation and accumulation of capital in the dimension of proliferative value, and the generalized trend of capital relation in the dimension of relations of production. In the process of modernization, the capital logic has realized its overall domination of modern society by dominating material production, shaping social relations and constructing ideas. Only the overall rule going beyond the capital logic can truly realize the liberation of human.

2022, 38(6): 631-638. doi: 10.19979/j.cnki.issn10082689.2022040106
Abstract(315) HTML (227) PDF(45)
Abstract:
The concept of universal development of history is a common topic of all historical philosophy. In explaining the ontological thought of historical development, Heller proposed that historical development was closely related to historical laws and historical progress was emphasized as the development direction. Once people realize that history develops according to a certain law, the interpretation of history with historical philosophy would play a role of standardization, restriction and enlightenment, enabling people to rise from a state of freedom to a state of self-action. Universal development is a regular development, and historical philosophy centers on the capitalized History. Given that History is a holistic history, the development of history with regularity is also a holistic process.

YU Hui, SONG Jin-ge
2022, 38(6): 667-676. doi: 10.19979/j.cnki.issn10082689.2022100067
Abstract(632) HTML (342) PDF(75)
Abstract:
Picture books, as the main genre of children’s education, play an important role in family and school education. So far, few studies have focused on the ecological value orientations in children’s picture books, but the cultivation of children’s eco-awareness and eco-literacy through picture books cannot be ignored. Therefore, based on the theory of social semiotics, this study aims to carry out an ecological discourse analysis of children’s picture book Hello! Nature by looking into the complementarity between texts and images so as to provide a theoretical insight into the ecological evaluation of children’s picture books and to provide writing strategies. It is found that texts and images in this picture book jointly contribute to the ecological meanings and beliefs of the discourse, demonstrating beneficial ecological orientations as a whole. Discursive strategies, including personalization of participants, shift of narrative and space-time perspective, or increasing the visual presentation of static information, are used to construct ecological meanings in the book.

2022, 38(6): 677-684. doi: 10.19979/j.cnki.issn10082689.2022100139
Abstract(489) HTML (229) PDF(46)
Abstract:
In the era of digital media, the ecological discourse increasingly relies on multimodal resources such as image and sound. Therefore, this study integrates the appraisal system and visual grammar, and proposes a multimodal analytical framework based on attitudinal meaning and oriented towards ecological value construction. Our case study of environmental public service advertisements analyzes the use of attitude resources and their multimodal realizations. The analysis shows that public service advertisements utilize the emotionalization strategy to establish emotional linkages between individuals and the ecological environment, the moralization strategy to emphasize human responsibility and their proactiveness in environmental protection, and the rationalization strategy to highlight the seriousness of environmental problems and the importance of natural resources. The findings suggest that the use of the three strategies highlights the ecological value and altruistic value and downplays the egoistic value, thus constructing the Marxist harmonious ecological philosophy that human beings and nature coexist and belong to a community with shared ecological destiny. This ecological value not only meets the social needs of promoting ecological civilization and constructing a community with shared ecological destiny, but also can effectively guide the public to understand and fulfill ecological concepts.

ZHOU Jin-you
2022, 38(6): 685-694. doi: 10.19979/j.cnki.issn10082689.2022100079
Abstract(459) HTML (297) PDF(79)
Abstract:
Although compulsory education textbooks widely use multimodal texts to build disciplinary knowledge, the essence of how textbooks realize knowledge-building has not yet been fully explained. The study of multimodal texts by functional linguistics reveals the mode of how human beings convey experiential knowledge through transitivity processes, which informs the exploration of the disciplinary knowledge construction, along with the theoretical support and practical guidance of textbook compilation. Based on this, this study adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, selects 72 multimodal texts from Mathematics and Physics textbooks of compulsory education published by People’s Education Press, and discusses the patterns by which textbooks use multimodal resources to realize knowledge-building. The findings reveal that there are similarities and differences of knowledge-building patterns in different disciplinary textbooks. To be specific, for the transitivity processes in verbal mode, their distribution is similar and realizing forms converge; for those in visual mode, their distribution is quite different and visual structures diverge; for those in the interaction of both modes, there are only three types of intersemiotic parallel.

LI Wei, KONG Fan-jing
2022, 38(6): 695-705. doi: 10.19979/j.cnki.issn10082689.2022060029
Abstract(328) HTML (136) PDF(41)
Abstract:
The newly implemented Article 22 of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Family Education Promotion is a legislative response to the problem of minors’ addiction to the Internet. The correct implementation of the right to family education in preventing minors from indulging in Internet behavior needs to be made clear in the scope of responsibility subject, the protection of special groups of minors, the balance between minors’ right to learn and the right to rest under “should be reasonably arranged”, and the determination of legal responsibility for network supervision. In the analysis of the problem, it is necessary to take “network” as an important consideration in determining the scope of “other guardians”, strengthen the family’s Internet supervision over special minors, respect and guarantee minors’ rights to study and rest, and explore the dynamic balance between the country’s external compulsion and the family’s internal autonomy. In the specific application of the rules of Article 22 of the Family Education Promotion Law, it is recommended to clarify the scope of “other guardians”, establish a classified guidance system for family education of special minor groups, construct quantitative standards for “reasonable arrangements”, and refine the liability provisions for the failure to fulfill the duty of family network supervision. Finally, the right to family education can play an active role in preventing minors from being addicted to the Internet on the track of the rule of law through the implementation of the above measures.

ZHAO Wei-zhong, WEI Yue-ning
2022, 38(6): 706-713. doi: 10.19979/j.cnki.issn10082689.2022050017
Abstract(294) HTML (108) PDF(38)
Abstract:
The introduction of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Supervision Law marks a new step in the evidence coherence of the criminal procedure law and supervision law. In order to accurately understand the coherence and application of evidence in duty-related crime cases, it needs to adopt the method of legal dogmatics. Before the work of interpretation starts, the subjectivism of legal dogmatics should be upheld. The Regulations on the Implementation of the Supervision Law has its own logical system in evidence coherence. Specifically, there are three types of norms: the type of norms of access to evidence, the type of norms of obtaining evidence, and the type of norms of excluding evidence. The types of evidence which belong to the norms of access to evidence can be used as evidence in criminal procedure. Article 69 of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Supervision Law creates a bidirectional rule of evidence coherence. The norms of obtaining evidence do not contain the rules on standards of proof but provide a positive way that the methods of collecting and acquiring evidence should accord with the criminal procedure law. In addition, the norms of excluding evidence provide a negative way for the exclusion of illegal evidence. Confessions obtained with illegal methods by supervisors should be excluded in criminal procedure.

Abstract(338) HTML (222) PDF(41)
Abstract:
With the implementation of the Biosafety Law and the increase of related charges in the Amendment (XI) to the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China, biosecurity crime has become the focus of academic attention. However, there are still many problems, such as fuzzy behavior boundary, unclear positioning of infringement of legal interests system, and irregular regulatory path. Standardized analysis and functional interpretation of biosecurity crimes are the premise and objective need of criminal law to regulate biosafety risks. It is of vital significance to categorize this new legal interest biosecurity infringement. The legitimate rights and interests of citizens and the stable social order are the meaning and purpose of biosecurity guarantee, and the legal interest of biosecurity should belong to the category of public security’s legal interest in criminal law. On the one hand, in order to prevent the unlimited expansion of biosecurity risks from seriously endangering public security, the criminal law should uphold active preventions and precautions. On the other hand, we should adhere to the convergence of multiple laws and build a perfect biosecurity crime prevention system, thus playing a legal role in protecting biosecurity.

2022, 38(6): 731-737. doi: 10.19979/j.cnki.issn10082689.2022110016
Abstract(382) HTML (161) PDF(44)
Abstract:
The rapid development of the digital era has brought not only convenience and opportunities, but also challenges and problems to promote the academic impact of traditional social science journals in China. This study highlights that attention should be paid to both “internal topics” and “going global” by analyzing the development dilemma of traditional social science academic journals. Moreover, efforts should be concentrated on establishing high-quality journals, breaking the singleness of the Western academic evaluation system, and establishing “academic discourse with Chinese characteristics”. Original intention as well as China’s stand should be upheld. Truly valuable topics that meet the needs of the national economy and the people’s livelihood should be explored using big data information technology. Academic reserve forces should be actively cultivated, and the sustainable academic development should be promoted to achieve the ideal communication effect of “going global” of domestic high-quality academic achievements.
