Abstract:
Dingfang Shu, Hui Zhang& Lifei Zhang's Cognitive Linguistics and the Study of Chinese(2019) surveys comprehensively throughout the 30 years of Cognitive Linguistics study in China, which highlights the three turns in Cognitive Linguistics and points out the importance of localization of linguistic theory.It comprehensively combs the hottest trends, research paradigms in Cognitive Linguistics.It is of great value and guiding significance for the localization of linguistic theories.This thesis gives a brief review of the book and its main characteristics such as pioneering, applicability, localization, guidance, critical reflection, striving for change, interdisciplinary integration, and bi-directional interaction.Based upon Cognitive Linguistics and the Study of Chinese, we believe that, researches on the heterogeneity of Chinese facts might be one approach of the theoretical innovation of Cognitive Linguistics.Thus under the guidance of philosophy of New Liberal Arts, a prospect of the localization of Cognitive Linguistics based upon Chinese facts is also drawn from the following four dimensions:research paradigm of philosophy of science, cross-disciplinary integration model, cross-linguistic contrastive verification as well as the combination of synchronic and diachronic research.It is an ecological system for the combination of Cognitive Linguistics and the making of Chinese grammar theories, which fully demonstrates an organic bi-directional interaction of the two:Cognitive Linguistics offers the basic affordance for Chinese grammar studies, and in converse, the study of Chinese grammar might feed in return for the theoretical innovation of Cognitive Linguistics.The deeper Cognitive Linguistics theory goes, the stronger its theoretical robustness might become.The thesis might offer a certain reference value for the study of Chinese, both for Cognitive Linguistics Circle and for the other linguistics schools in China.

Abstract:
Studies on readability in America date back to the early 20th century, when Thorndike^[1] the phycologist published the first book in which English words were arranged in accordance with their frequencies.This set a trend toward researches of this paradigm based upon words as a variable.As yet, readability researches have been continuing across the world.Fathered by M.A.K.Halliday, systemic functional linguistics(SFL) is a powerful linguistic theory widely used to solve language or language-related problems.Readability is not an SFL concept, so researches in this regard represent a new perspective.To fuse the concept into the theory, this article first tries to capture the essence of readability through revisiting such aspects as its definitions and dimensions, influencing factors, and the traditional approach to it;and then goes on to discuss to what extent SFL can expand the scope of readability studies, with reference to Halliday's accounts of“meaning”, and of the three orientations of the theory in the early 21st century.It is concluded that readability and SFL are complimentary in that the latter provides a theoretical framework for the former, while the former broadens the research scope of the latter.Future explorations will serve as a touchstone of the validity of SFL as a general theory of language, an appliable linguistics, and a general theory of meaning or natural science of meaning.

Abstract:
Ecolinguistics investigates how language could establish ecologically identities, aiming to explore and examine whether those identities are of ecological appliability or not.And the studies are to help people resist identity which might encourage ecologically-destructive behavior, and re-shape and maintain identity which could encourage people to behave in ways to protect the whole system of ecology.To gain some insights into the identity of Alibaba Group, this paper attempts to investigate the ecological appliability of the identity constructed by Alibaba Group based on the corpus of the letters to shareholders written by Jack Ma from 2015 to 2018 via NVivo 11.The result shows:(1) The identities of Alibaba Group are“Weilai(future)”, “Zhongguo(China)”, “Jishu(technology)”, etc.; (2) The identities constructed are of ecological appliability.Of the established ecological identities, Alibaba Group would play an active role in the construction of a well-balanced economy.Besides, ones who have invested and would make decisions to invest into Alibaba Group, would be shaped by the company's ecological identity as well.Such ecological identity would encourage men to protect the well-balanced economy, and further the community of human society.

Modern ecology is a discipline which studies the interrelation between creatures, human and environment as well as the structure, function and process of natural ecosystem and cultural ecosystem.The study of ecology becomes the hot area nowadays and many academic theses and works, and new subjects in the circle of foreign languages have come out and achieved great successes, such as ecolinguistics, translation ecology and eco-translatology.But until now, few people explore the problems between discourse of natural and cultural landscape and translation based on genre.This paper focuses on exploring the two problems applying genre theory:one of the problems is genre homogeneity and the translation of discourse of natural and cultural landscape;another problem is the translation of culture between genre features and natural and cultural landscape.The paper tries to illustrate the result that within compound text, different subtexts should use different translation methods and strategies and the skills and strategies of cultural translation of natural and cultural landscape.

In the era of risk society, community-level social governance has encountered serious challenges.The whole country system with concentrated efforts for big and key projects focuses on the post-crisis management caused by risks.It is a major practical problem that we have to pay more attention to think actively about whether we should deal with the crisis in an overwhelming way or focus on the subtle risk warning, community response and mass mobilization.To advocate the innovation of grass-roots governance in rural villages urgently calls for the remolding and reconstruction of rural life community in response to the needs of The Times.The article based on the field investigation of southeast of S county in Henan province during COVID-19 outbreak, found that consists of one family of acquaintance society has the natural advantage in the rural community in epidemic prevention and control, returning to work and production, the clan community collective action and a national epidemic prevention and control of grassroots governance need to form the inner consistency:firstly is the clan organization of active mobilization and effective advocacy, formed the grassroots community early prevention construction and characterization of order;secondly, the clan organization constructs the relationship network that the migrant workers can use, and strengthens the formation of the social capital of the stranger society;thirdly, the change of clan traditions and customs has improved the effectiveness of grassroots governance.Through a form of maintaining community life, clan organizations realize the remolding and reconstruction of rural community, improve the internal governance efficiency of grass-roots society, and serve to build rural regional society into a resilient community of common body type in the era of risk society.The form and content of this effective supplement to the country's grass-roots governance capacity are worthy of continuous research and discussion.

In early 2020, the COVID-19 not only affected the world but also disrupted the market order, which made many SMEs have to stop production.Under the correct leadership of the Chinese government, the epidemic situation has been gradually controlled, but the lack of organizational resilience and emergency management capacity of SMEs has been also exposed.Combined the emergency management with the current market environment, we deeply study the role of organizational toughness on the development of SMEs from the concepts of organizational toughness and influencing factors.Then proposed three ways to forge organizational toughness of SMEs, and provide theoretical support for SMEs to deal with the uncertainty of the future risk.

As an important ecological shield and strategic channel in Northwest region of China, Gansu province should attach importance to the degree, regional differences and balanced development of its urbanization.In order to construct the coordinated development mechanism of ecological urbanization and poverty alleviation, attentions should also be paid to the interactive influence between population urbanization, regional urbanization and ecological urbanization.Besides, the province should adhere to the integrated construction of ecological urbanization in two major regions and four sub-regions.New urbanization could be deployed to promote the ecological urbanization and the urbanization of the population in poverty.Constructing the comprehensive support system and protective compensation mechanism could regulate the ecological evaluation system of the urbanization in Gansu province.The focus should be on promoting the integrated progress of Lanbaiyu ecological economy, actualizing the convergent development effect of population urbanization, ecological urbanization and target poverty alleviation.The final goal is to propel the new urbanization, the balance, coordinated and sustainable development between urban and rural areas in Gansu province.

Abstract:
In order to relay the new energy vehicle subsidy system that is already in the decline stage, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have proposed a new energy vehicle carbon credit system.This system is in the initial stage of establishment, and how to improve it is an urgent problem to be solved.This article reviews the system from the perspective of civil law.First, the legal nature of new energy vehicle carbon credits should be clarified, which should be the object of ownership.Second, the carbon credits trading contracts for new energy vehicles should be clarified, which should be an environmental civil contract with restricted subject qualifications and autonomy of the will, and it is a special civil contract.Third, we need to work hard to break through the barriers of carbon credit trading contracts and seek countermeasures to overcome the uncertainty of transaction prices and contract defects.Fourth, we should build a civil relief mechanism for carbon credit transactions, and strives to solve the problem that how to protect the rights of the parties in the event of unauthorised sanctions or contract breaches.

In the background of advancing the modernization of the national governance capabilities and system, big data technology is widely used in police law enforcement.Based on this, the article uses the research methods of normative, case and comparative analysis to study the technical logic, practical application, social risks and legal control of big data policing.In the practice of big data policing, “dirty data” often leads to threats to citizens’ equal rights protection.The massive collection, processing and use of personal data by police agencies infringes on personal information privacy.The algorithm systems have no transparency and accountability mechanism, which leads to the lack of effective relief for personal rights.In order to prevent the alienation of big data policing, China should formulate police data collection laws to ensure the reasonable use of personal data, establish risk assessment system to regularly detect the risks of the big data policing, give the public the right of algorithm interpretation and strengthen the public accountability.

Abstract:
The judicial application of the lenient system of admission of guilt and acceptance of punishment cannot be separated from the cooperation of the procuratorate and the court, and the sentencing suggestions provided by the procuratorate are of great reference value to the judgment results.Through the analysis of the judgment documents on the application of leniency system of admission of guilt and punishment in the public in 2017-2018 in Beijing, after the sentencing suggestions are rejected, and the trial result is lighter, more inclined to adopt correction punishment and the final trial result is more cautious.In the judicial application of sentencing suggestions, it embodies the advantages of distinguishing people, providing reasons and improving the court's discretion, at the same time, it also exposed the disadvantages of the formatting, excessive range and violation of objective laws.For the perfection of sentencing suggestions, we should start from the document style, measurement standard and standard range, supplemented by the entry of the duty lawyer.As for the construction of the relief procedure after the sentencing suggestions are rejected, the court should give an explanation and construct an unobstructed prosecution relief channel.

Under the new financial format, internet financing behavior is becoming the most typical financing mode for innovation of China's investment, financing and inclusive financial development.The research object is internet plus crowd financing.Combined with the demand of SME financing and mutual fund business development, the risk, system infection and development dilemma of virtual financial products are analyzed.The concept of crowd financing incentive compatible supervision is established, and the policy and rules guidance are emphasized.The optimization path of development order and supervision rules is given by this paper.We should adjust the balanced and complementary development order with financial security as the premise; build the policy guidance and legislative rules with the goal of Combining Leniency with strictness; improve the tripartite responsibility mechanism with the content of rights and obligations;improve the risk control system with the standard of project front-end supervision, and finally build the crowd-funding with the combination of appropriate adjustment and self adjustment financial innovation and development mechanism.

Abstract:
As one of the representative native Chinese translation theories, the Variation Theory put forward by Huang Zhonglian postulates that translation based on the Variation Theory is focused on original and entails the condensed information, thus being conducive to retaining the similar core information of the original text, which is why it is more applicable to scientific documents.Resorting to a creative mode of thinking, the present paper firstly explores the theoretical motivations of the Variation Theory itself and also expounds on the rationale of the Variation Theory as the criterion for literary translation.Then, based on the Variation Theory and using Xu Yuanchong's translation of Su Shi and Lu You's Ci-poems as the research objects, this paper analyzes and illustrates the explanatory power of the Variation Theory for the translation reproduction of the images and artistic conceptions in Chinese classical poetry.

Based on feminist narrative theory, this article analyzes the construction of female narrative space in Margaret Atwood's novel The Blind Assassin.The article combines the perspectives of traditional structuralist narratology and feminism.It explores how The Blind Assassin shows the situation of women in aphasia from the perspective of multiple female narrative voices, narrative rhythm and hierarchy, and metaphoric narrative system.The metaphorical symbol in the system opens a new narrative space and builds the authority of female writing.
