The Impact of Housing on Residents’ Health: Research Progress and Prospects

  • 摘要: 住房是影响健康的关键社会决定因素之一,在健康不平等的形成与持续过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。然而,当前尚缺乏一个系统性的概念模型来全面阐释住房与健康之间的关系。文章从住房条件、社区环境、住房支付能力、住房所有权和住房政策干预五个维度,系统综述了住房对健康影响的前沿研究,探讨其作用机制与研究方法。研究结果表明,住房差异是导致群体健康不平等的重要因素,而改善住房条件对于缩小健康差距、促进健康公平具有深远意义。未来研究应进一步整合影响健康的住房变量,构建统一的分析框架,深入考察不同住房因素作为“住房束”对健康的综合影响。同时,应借鉴前沿研究方法,加强异质性分析,并扩大发展中国家的实证研究,以推动该领域的深入发展。

     

  • 1)  1房价收入比是指住房价格与家庭年收入之比,是衡量一个地区房价水平和居民购房能力的重要指标。根据世界银行的《世界发展报告》,具体计算公式为:平均住房价格 ÷ 平均家庭收入。通常认为,合理的房价收入比应在3~6之间。超过这个范围,说明房价过高,购房压力较大。
