Theoretical Value and Practical Exploration of Tutorial System for Undergraduates in Universities under the Concept of Sanquan Education

摘要: “三全育人”是在新时代背景下,面对高等教育的新形势、新发展和新任务,党中央提出的教育教学改革新理念和新要求。“三全育人”的本质是以学生为本的理念,围绕学生的全面发展,开展从身心健康到知识能力再到理想信念的全方位教育。教师在人才培养过程中的全员、全过程、全方位的参与和投入是实现“三全育人”理念的基础和关键,本科生导师制则为教师全面参与人才培养工作提供了平台。文章以北京科技大学为例,探讨了在“三全育人”理念指导下的新型本科生导师制,这既是对新时代高等教育人才培养模式的有益探索,也是落实“三全育人”综合改革的有效举措,更是提升“双一流”大学人才培养质量的有力抓手。Abstract: Sanquan Education is a new concept and requirement for education and teaching reform put forward by the Party Central Committee in the context of the new era, in the face of the new situation, new development and new tasks of higher education . The essence of Sanquan Education is the concept of student-centered, focusing on the all-round development of students and carrying out education from physical and mental health to knowledge and ability to ideals and beliefs. Teachers’ full participation and commitment in the process of talent cultivation is the foundation and key to realizing the concept of Sanquan Education, and the undergraduate tutorial system provides a platform for teachers to participate in the cultivation of talents in a comprehensive way. Under the guidance of Sanquan Education, University of Science and Technology Beijing has explored and established a new type of tutorial system for undergraduates with the joint participation of teachers and students since 2018. This is a beneficial exploration of the talent cultivation mode for higher education in the new era, an effective measure to implement the comprehensive reform of Sanquan Education, and an effective way to improve the quality of talents training in Double First-Class universities.
