摘要: 在"重刑轻民"的中国古代社会,关于民事法律的规定不很发达,尤其是有关涉外民事法规更少。唐代是我国封建法律颇为成熟的时期,从现存的中外典籍中,我们还是能够看到一些相关的法律规定,唐代涉外立法的逐步完善,为解决涉外法律冲突,建立良好的国际秩序奠定了基础Abstract: The civil law was undeveloped in ancient China, when the criminal law was thought highly of but civil law was ignored, especially the foreign private law. Tang Dynasty is the mature period of the feudal law because we can find the related legal provisions in the delivered literatures. The legislation concerning foreign affairs in Tang Dynasty was becoming perfect, which was the basis of solving the legal conflicts concerning foreign interests and establishing the good international orders.
