Abstract: At present, private higher education has been taken as an important strategy for popularizing higher education in many countries. However, private higher education will emit various inclinations under new conditions:first, private higher education will play more important role in the native higher education system. Second, the degree of internationalization of private higher education is to be widely strengthened. Thirdly, the difference between public and private higher educations tends to be indistinct or even disappear. Fourthly, private universities and colleges will attach more importance to educational quality and feature than before. Finally, governments will impulse private higher education by way of laws and financial support.
