摘要: 190 1— 190 7年，袁世凯任直隶总督兼北洋大臣期间，针对当时直隶吏治极端混乱和腐败的现状，采取过一系列措施进行治理与整顿。这些措施主要包括派遣官员出国学习和考察，设立官员培训机构，精简机构，裁汰冗员，惩治腐败等内容。袁世凯对吏治的治理整顿，是清末直隶新政举办成功的重要保障和条件。Abstract: From 1901 to 1907, Yuan Shikai held a reformation in Zhili Province. The main measures include:(1) sending officials abroad to study; (2) setting up the official education school; (3) reducing the administration institutions; (4) punishing corruption, etc.
