摘要: 公共信息是所有有关的人都知道的知识。危机时刻,由于不确定性和复杂性的广泛存在,加剧了公共信息的缺乏。政府提供公共信息既有必要性又有可能性。

Abstract: Public information is the knowledge that should be known by any related pepole.During public crisis,people face serious lack of public information due to the uncertainty and complexity.In this situation,there are both necessity and possibility for government to supply public information.
