Research on the Influence of Human Capital on Employment in Modern Service Industry in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

摘要: 文章试图回答如何从人力资本角度发挥人工智能对现代服务业的就业促进,减少可能的就业替代。在就业实现和高质量就业的基础上,实证研究验证了进入人工智能时代从事现代服务业的大学毕业生不会被机器人取代,而是需要更多的人力资本储备。研究结果还表明,从劳动力市场出发,现代服务业对高层次应用型人才有很大需求空间;从个体出发,技术创新能力和服务创新能力为现代服务业的就业实现提供人力资本保障;从高校出发,国际化学习和赛事平台等支持环境能够帮助毕业生增强社会适应性以及对现代服务业的认知水平。因此,“双一流”建设高校应进一步遵循教育与社会关系的外部发展规律,及时调整专业培养方案和培养模式,注重人工智能与其他专业的融合,在现代服务业就业实现的基础上助推高质量就业。Abstract: This study attempts to answer the question of how to give play to the employment promotion role of artificial intelligence in modern service industry from the perspective of human capital and reduce the possible role of employment replacement.On the basis of employment realization and high-quality employment,empirical research has verified that the future college graduates engaged in modern service industry in the era of artificial intelligence will not be replaced by robots,but need more human capital reserve.The results show that from the perspective of labor market,the modern service industry has a great demand for high-level applied talents.From the perspective of individual,technological innovation ability and service innovation ability provide human capital guarantee for the employment of modern service industry.From the perspective of universities,the internationalization learning and competition platform support environment to help graduates to enhance social adaptability,and the cognitive level of modern service industry.Therefore, "Double First-rate" universities should follow the external development rules of education and social relations, further adjust professional training scheme and training mode, focus on the integration of artificial intelligence and other professional,in order to booster quality jobs based on employment implementation in modern service industry.
