摘要: 工会是集体合同的一方主体。我国现存的工会制度完全不符合市场经济和集体合同制度的要求,必须重新构建工会制度,塑造适应集体合同制度要求的工会,使集体合同制度能够真正地、充分地发挥其积极作用。Abstract: Trade Union is a party of Collective contract. The present trade union system of our country is not in line with the requirement of market economy and collective contract, and need be restructured to exploit the collective contract system to its full.
