Abstract: People combination in limited liability corporation refers to the internal relations between shareholders. People combination is the essential characteristic of a limited liability corporation, which constitutes the rational basis for share transfer and corporate governance in limited liability corporation. At the same time, people combination is embodied through those provisions concerning share transfer and corporate governance. The Chinese Company Law has realized the co-relationship of people combination and other corporate mechanisms, the balance of interests among shareholders, and the Law's concern for shareholders.
