摘要: 当代科学技术的发展越来越呈现出多学科相互交叉、相互渗透的趋势,培养学科交叉的复合型人才,是促进不同学科的交叉、融合,促进新学科发展与获得重大突破性科研成果的重要基础。然而正确地对交叉学科研究生素质需求做出分析,对交叉学科人才培养有重要意义。本文正是通过对交叉学科研究生所需具备的3个方面素质的分析,提出交叉学科研究生素质需求特征评价模型,并结合实证研究成果,对建立合理完善的研究生培养机制具有很好的参考价值。Abstract: The contemporary science and technology is more and more multidisciplinary intersecting and mutual penetrating,and cultivating the interdisciplinary talents, is an important foundation of the different disciplines, and the development of new disciplines. However, the right analysis of the quality demand of the interdisciplinary graduates is important to the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents. This paper studies the quality demand of interdisciplinary graduates in 3 aspects, and put forward an evaluation model of the quality demand of the interdisciplinary graduates. This has a good reference for a reasonable cultivation mechanism of the graduates.
