An Analysis on Legal Construction Measures in Chinese Western Rural Areas

摘要: 从法律角度审视西部农村,探寻西部农村法治建设的对策,既是西部大开发战略的重要组成部分,更是建设法治国家的需要。西部农村地区法治建设对策在于:开展普法教育、树立法律信仰;加强西部农业、农村立法;明确政府职责,规范政府行为;加快司法体制改革,确保司法公正、农民诉讼权利的实现;加快经济体制改革,重视西部农业的产业化经营。Abstract: It's an important part of Western Development strategy and a necessity of constructing legal countries to care about the present legality conditions in Western rural areas and try to find out some proper legal measures. In the thesis, the author puts forward a series of legal construction measures with regard to many aspects in Chinese Western rural regions.
