Administrative Environment and the Development of E-Government in China

    摘要
  • 摘要: 电子政务是各国社会信息化的龙头,它可以实现由传统政府的管理职能向现代政府的管理服务职能的转变。我国电子政务的发展起步较晚,同西方发达国家还存在着相当大的差距。文章旨在通过对我国发展电子政务的行政环境进行系统分析,进而提出实现我国电子政务健康、快速、稳定发展的对策。

     

    Abstract: E-Government is the tap of social informatization. It can realize the change from management function of traditional government to management-service function of modern government. By analyzing the motivation and obstruction to the E-Government development in China, the article puts forward a series of countermeasures in order to make E-Government development more healthy, quickly and steady.
