    摘要
  • 摘要: 培养学生实践能力和创新能力是高校人才培养的根本任务。文章认为，高校培养学生实践能力和创新能力最根本的任务是培养学生“系统思考”能力，将学习型组织理论引入课堂教学，建立学习团队，开展团队学习，是培养学生“系统思考”能力的新途径。

     

    Abstract: Cultivating college students' practical and innovative ability is the basic task of colleges and universities.At present, the education field hasn't reached a concensus on the basic problem and the cultivation pathway.The paper proposes that the basic task is to cultivate college students' "system thinking" ability;the new pathway is to adopt learning organizational theory in the classroom, to form study groups and start group learning.
